SHIPPING

Shipping is free for orders over EUR 150,00. Leony has chosen to partner with GLS/DHL for shipping and will make its best effort to ensure that the orders will be delivered in a period of time between 2 - 7 business days as of receipt of the customer’s payment. During summer/Christmas holidays and sale seasons shipping may be delayed. Gold plated and Diamond products will be delivered within 3 - 10 business days. 
Please note:
- Customized-size products are not refundable
- Size exchange can be accepted only once
Our products are not available for the following countries:

IRAN, IRAQ, RUSSIA, UKRAINE, SUDAN, NORTH KOREA, SYRIA
For shipping to BRAZIL the Customs requires a tax ID number: for individuals the CPF and for businesses the CNPJ.

The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by Leony. If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the Customer’s responsibility.
In no case the customer should send the parcel back with standard mail service (Poste Italiane).  



PURCHASE RETURNS

Leony wishes to ensure complete satisfaction of its customers also by offering the opportunity to return one or more ordered items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return of the goods are at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer, who shall send an email return request within 72 working hours after the delivery date, only if the goods are intact, undamaged, not used or never worn. Leony has the right to ask the Customer for pictures of the items wished to be returned. Once return has been authorized, the customer must use an express delivery service, since the package needs to reach Leony headquarters within 14 working days. Failure to meet these requirements will result in delivery refusal and the parcel will be returned to the sender.



RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To ask for a Return Authorization, the Client must send an email to the address info@leony.eu within 72 working hours of receipt of the goods. The email shall include Order Number and Code(s) of the Item(s). Once the request is sent, Leony Customer Service will provide the Customer with a written Return Authorization and a set of instructions to follow.
The cost of shipping and duty fees is the responsibility of the Leony.



REFUND
If the return procedure is performed properly and in compliance with all terms and conditions stated above, the Customer shall receive an email stating the acceptance of the return. The reimbursement will be made by credit card transfer (in the case where the order was paid for with a credit card), PayPal credit (in the case where the order was paid for using PayPal) or bank transfer.
WARRANTY

Leony is glad to offer a free repair or replacement service for any damage that may occur within 12 months from the date of purchase.
After the warranty period expires we can still offer a repair service (unless the item is out of production). A quotation will be defined case by case accordingly to the gravity of the damage.
The warranty does not cover products repaired by third parties such as non-authorized jewelers.
The warranty does not cover in any way the replacement of lost or stolen items.
